Double Space building provides an efficient and aesthetic solution to tight urban space needs. By merging two adjacent lots in a constrained urban zone, we created an expansive living space using a sequence of floating facades in a geometric pattern, giving this building a unique volumetric character.
Considering the zoning code and the immediate environment, we were able to achieve direct views of the adjoining park and the magnificent “Cerros of Bogota,” as well as abundant natural light through their large windows. An ample and bright double-height pent-house rest atop of this building.
