EDGEWATER

Fluid Living Inspired by Miami

Sense 28 Edgewater is a 53-unit multifamily residential building totaling 119,803 sq ft. Conceived as a fluid living environment, the interior design takes inspiration from the movement of water, using the wave as a guiding element to shape the character of social and shared spaces. Warm natural materials, soft curves, and a neutral palette create welcoming, light-filled interiors that reflect Miami’s tropical spirit while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

behind the design

Sense 28 Edgewater is a 53-unit multifamily residential building developed by HA Emprendimientos of Argentina, marking their first incursion into the American market, and built by Brickell Group Construction.  The project reflects a thoughtful evolution of the SENSE design language within a Miami context.

Inspired by the movement of water, the interior design is shaped around the wave as a central concept, guiding the character of the lobby and shared social spaces. Soft curves and organic forms subtly soften the architecture, creating a fluid spatial experience that echoes the rhythm of Miami’s coastal landscape.

While maintaining the clean, modern aesthetic characteristic of SENSE developments, the design introduces Miami-specific elements through warm natural materials, a neutral tropical palette, and carefully integrated lighting. Wood, stone, and natural fibers bring texture and warmth, balancing minimalism with a sense of comfort and intimacy.

The lobby and social areas are conceived as an extension of the home, offering a welcoming, contemporary environment that blends sophistication with tropical ease. The result is a cohesive and refined design that honors the developer’s established identity while embracing the spirit and atmosphere of Miami.
